A new Northamptonshire-based company is offering
its customers a unique and comprehensive telecoms and data service
for Northamptonshire organisations. Completely independent of any
equipment manufacturer, Information Converged Technologies Ltd (ICT)
aims to develop and deliver a very wide range of communications
solutions for any size of company or organisation, with exceptionally
high levels of expertise and ongoing personalised support.
Unlike most resellers in the communications
business, who may be restricted to offering products from only two
or three manufacturers, ICT is maintaining complete supplier independence,
sourcing the most suitable equipment from any of at least ten leading
suppliers. This means that it can deliver and support comms solutions,
from the simplest switch to a highly complex call centre or contact
centre system with email, web and web chat integration, on virtually
any telephone platform. It will also integrate new applications
into legacy equipment where appropriate, and maintain complete systems
at competitive prices including BT equipment.
Justin Blaine, founder and director of ICT,
has worked with major manufacturers and resellers in the telecoms
industry for eleven years, achieving considerable success.
